Einheitsstrafe

The aim and subject of the study is the systematic and practical presentation of all significant problem areas relating to the introduction of a uniform penalty ("Einheitsstrafe") in German criminal law. This novel method of sentencing heralds a paradigm shift that thoroughly addresses the pressing issues of criminal sanctions law.
